  • "Get a heads-up before bookings" MUST be checked or you will not receive confirmation emails with directions!

  • Emails must be unique and legit. This will be your username.

Welcome to your sailing adventure!

3rd Coast has a very unique set-up; any new sailor with no experience may schedule anytime we are sailing. You are in complete control of your schedule including canceling and rescheduling. Please follow the instructions below carefully:

1st Step: REGISTRATION:

ALL SAILING PARTICIPANTS MUST register separately using a unique email that will be your user name for your account, use the "Sailor's Registration" on this page.

  • More than 1 Person Sailing?

    • Each participant MUST schedule themselves by logging into their unique accounts. (You will need to log out if a 2nd person is trying to schedule.)

    • Once registered, email the office including your guest's name.

    • For example, you purchased a Groupon Couples Package, two-3-hr. sails for you and your partner. You both need to register and then log in to your respective accounts to schedule. 1 person cannot schedule for 2 people from the same account.

  • Confirmation Email: Each participant will receive a confirmation email right after they schedule & a reminder email the day before your cruise.

    • No Confirmation Email? Always check your schedule online and then check to make sure you are set to receive email reminders under "Profile"

 

2nd Step: Schedule your Sail:​

You may sign up for any "Open Sails" or put your name on the RTS. Each participant must schedule separately by logging into your respective account.

RTS-Request for Sailing Roster  (Waitlist, not a guarantee for a spot)

We constantly monitor the RTS and will try to open another boat if there is enough demand. If there are openings under "Open Sail", put your name on the RTS.

  • We will confirm your reservation via email if you make it on a boat with a specific boat assignment. Our schedule is constantly changing with 100’s of people looking to sail, and new boats being added.  We try for 5 days warning, but it may be less.

  • We understand that you may have other plans, just take yourself off the “Request to Sail” Roster if you are no longer available. Click HERE

  • You may put your name on up to 3 RTS Rosters on different days but please take them off if you cannot make it or are assigned to a boat.​ 

  • Reminder Emails are always sent the day before your sail. If you receive a "reminder email" about being on the "Request for Sailing" roster, unfortunately, we did not find a boat for you. Please verify by checking your schedule online 

  • Last Minute Sails: If you can make it to the harbor in under 40 minutes, we may have a last-minute cancelation. Email cj@3rdcoastcruising.com

  • Cancel, verify or reschedule online, students are solely responsible.
